The hotel was located really close to the Ruaha national park for a self drive. The room was clean, there were a mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control. Everybody was helpful. The location was magnificent there, in the middle of jackson. Their food was great with variety of meals.

This place is absolutely stunning and fantastic. the staff here are really friendly. It's in a great spot right in the heart of the city. Bonus points for being just a 10-15 minute walk from Gangilonga Rock 😉

Likes/Best Aspects: The room was fantastic, spacious, and modern. We loved the clean and brand new facilities. The bar was a great spot for drinks, and the food was delicious. The hotel's location away from the busy streets was perfect for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The staff went above and beyond to help us when our car wouldn't start the next morning. They immediately called a technician and allowed us to stay on the property while the car was being fixed. The staff's kindness and willingness to assist was truly appreciated.
The only downside was the distance from the hotel to the Ruaha National Park. We had to drive about 150km on a rough dirt road with minimal directions and places to stop for fuel.

the spa and wellness centre was top-notch, with a variety of massages and beauty treatments available. the outdoor swimming pool was well-maintained and a great spot to relax in the sun. the restaurant served delicious meals, with a variety of options including special diet menus. the private facilities in the room were exclusive and added to our overall experience.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the live entertainment. Although the karaoke was fun, we found it slightly disruptive when trying to relax in the leisure/TV room.

This hotel has great facilities, with clean and spacious rooms that are modern and high-quality. The staff were very kind and welcoming, going out of their way to help us when our car had a problem and offering us coffee and a space to wait. The location is also a plus, as it's away from busy streets and provides a peaceful atmosphere.
Our main issue was with the restaurant. The food we ordered took almost an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was very salty and almost inedible.

Spent Thanksgiving weekend here and really enjoyed it! The hotel had a splendid bar with a wide range of drinks and the food was nice. Peace and quiet surrounded the lovely modern room, which had plenty of space and was immaculately clean. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
The location wasn't great as we had to drive quite a distance on a rough dirt road to get anywhere and the restaurant food was pretty disappointing. We had to wait almost an hour for our order, and when the food finally arrived, it was incredibly salty, almost inedible.
